Freshers are also eligibile - only 2010 and 2011 batches. Mandatory Requirements: Should have excellent command on English language (Both Oral and Written). Should have good logical, analytical and reasoning skills. Should have good decision making skills. Should be well versed with customer service, phone etiquettes and basic computer applications. Should have an idea on web browsers, search engines, operating systems and MS-office suite.
