Job Description:
To provide support and form part of a Mechanical Analysis group engaged in Stress Analysis of Aerospace products of Goodrich Aerostructures. Applicant is expected to work initially under guidance from the team leaders/Senior Engineers and gradually be able to handle analysis jobs independently.
Desired Profile:
Minimum Education requirement:
Graduation in Mechanical Engineering or Post Graduation in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering with specialization in structural meschnaics, Stress Analysis, composites and FEA etc.,.Work Experience: 0-1yrTool Experience:(Atleast one) AnsNastran/Patran, Ansys Workbench/Classic, Abacus, Hypermesh
Familization with any CAD tool ( Catia) is preferred.Skill Sets:
Basics of Fatigue, Dynamics, Linear and Non-Linear Analysis.Strong understanding of fundamental mechanical engineering design (Engineering mechanics, Strength of materials, Kinematics, Dynamics, Machine design)Familiar with aerodynamic/flight concepts (lift, drag, thrust, etc).Should have basic programming skills (Example Fortran/C/C++, )and MS ExcelGood verbal and written communication
