Ensure timely completion of Appraisalsfor all employees and Appraisal Audits and Performance Awareness sessions conducted for all employees
Handle all queries and grievances from the employees and ensure that the same are resolved within committed timelines
Ensure employee concerns relating to salary, insurance claims, food coupons are resolved within committed timelines
Conduct Exit Interviews for resigned employees and escalate issues, if any, arising of the interview company policies
Ideating and devising Engagement activities for the Floor
Responsible for controlling attrition and assist in development of policies and procedures to ensure staff retention
Counsel employees in any problems that they face
Conflict Resolution
Respond and resolve issues arising out of work or from within a team or across departments that may have a bearing on team effectiveness
Locations
