He Should be Diploma/Btech in Mechanical , good communication skills,know atleast 2 software ( AutoCAD, ProE , Solidworks, NX-CAD, Ansys, CATIA )etc. '

UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Mechanical,Diploma PG - Post Graduation Not Required
