Job Description :

• Provide Technical Support for Projects and Strategic IT Initiatives
• Install, Setup, and Support Server related Tasks
• Backup and Recovery of Data using Offsite Backup process.
• Support and Administer Patch Management process
• Participate in the on-call rotation for maintenance responsibilities
• Participate with Incident Management process and troubleshooting problems - Ensure technology gets as much focus as process.
• Review / create incident reports and RCA reports for users.
• Participation in technical escalations for team
• Assist team in new technology incubation.
• Problem Management: Ensure that problem ticket are created, updated and reviewed periodically.
• Ability to multitask, to handle various tasks and responsibilities concurrently.
• Strong logical and analytical skills ability to get to the heart of an issue.
• Effective verbal and written communication - key in closing the tasks.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Qualification : BE/ B.Tech (CSE/ ECE/ EEE) from 2011/ 2012 batch with aggregate 70% and above throughout 10th, 12th and UG.
