Salary : INR 3 Lakhs to 4 Lakhs
Qualification : LLB – Law, LLM
Required :
Labour Laws, Corporate laws and various other aspects relating to mergers and acquisitions
FEMA regulations, joint ventures, reorganization, regulatory issues
Organised and methodical with the ability to work to strict deadlines and schedules
Self motivated, with ability to function with limited supervision at a demanding pace
Very good communication skills including legal/technical drafting
Very good interpersonal skills
Good analytical and process skills
