Desired Candidate Profile
This role is primarily responsible for dealing with customer calls as per the SLAs outlined by the client.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Ability to communicate correctly and clearly
- Strong customer service focus - Ability to empathize with the customer & prioritizing customer needs
- Good problem solving, reasoning, data gathering,and analytical skills.
- Ensure that transactions are processed as per the Desk Top Procedures
- Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with the SLA metrics are met
- Ensure that the quality of the transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters laid down by the SLA metrics
- Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules i.e. as per predefined rosters
- Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures
