Remote Infrastructure Support Administrator
We have the following position open with us in Bangalore and Chennai.
Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/B.Sc/BCA/B.Com(Computers)/ Diploma
Certification: CCNA/CCNP/MCSC/ITIL etc. Any certification would be preferred.
Skills required
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Consistently deliver quality customer support
• Understand and document customer needs
• Manage customer expectations (in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA))
• Resolve (or assist in the resolution of) customer incidents or requests
• Take ownership (as appropriate) of the customer’s incident or request
• Enhance the customer’s relationship with the organization
Responsibilities:
• Receiving calls monitor mailbox/automated alerts and provide technical and operational support or customer liaison
• Register and prioritize incidents and service request as per defined metrics and service level
requirements
• Update and monitor incident details, including the configuration items affected as per the norms and service level requirements
• Make an initial assessment of incidents/requests, attempting to resolve them or escalate /refer them to the right stake holders who can resolve it, based on defined metric and agreed service levels
• Keep the right stake holders informed on incident/request status and progress as per defined
norm or service level requirements.
• Maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction
